Machine Pistol, Contour

A selective fire machine pistol in my Contour series of designs, built within the parameters of a perfect circle, and created as a fully automatic modification to my "Handgun, Contour" design (link below).

A number of changes were made to accommodate the machine pistol conversion: A new safety/selective-fire switch for semi-automatic and automatic modes of fire, removal of the blade and relocation of the flashlight and its accompanying switch to give way to a triple capacity U-shaped magazine, and twelve ports installed around the barrel to minimize the risk of overheating due to sustained fire. In addition, slight aesthetic changes were made to the trigger and magazine well.
